Beatriz has extensive knowledge in the lending industry with over 300 deals closed in the last 5 years. Her passion is investing in real estate because it creates financial freedom and residual wealth. Partnered with her husband Christian Meraz, she has become an expert in construction lending for both developers, small business owners and investors. Her goal is to share the knowledge with as many people as she can to help them get started or continue on their wealth building strategies. She also offers courses to teach you how to enter the ground up construction space.
Christian Meraz
President
Christian began working as a drywall employee for a small subcontractor & quickly figured out his passion was to own and grow a general contracting business. From there, he began his journey of bidding on his own for larger companies and was able to create a substantial amount of work. His projects range from schools, retail stores, restoration of residential properties after Hurricane Harvey and a wide range of government projects. He is the Founder and President of Meraz Enterprise Group LLC, a sister company of Meraz Developments where his focus is solely bidding large commercial projects.
